Agenda
The Final Conference is spread over three days during which the partnership intends to report the project results in a dynamic and profiled way to the various target groups.
MONDAY 13 JUNE 13.30 - 19.00 venue: National Research Center, Milan.
The first day will be dedicated to the discussion with the European institutions and the local policymakers. Project results will be presented and debated, in order to understand how and to what extent a "green transition" is a priority and cross-cutting item in the policy agenda. The importance of the engagement of local stakeholders, their role and their contribution will also be discussed. Between the European and the local sessions, attendees will be invited to roam around the LUIGI Pilot Regions Exhibition, a "market place" where LUIGI Parnters will present the experiences collected from the 10 local pilot regions of the project, fueling an international comparison among the participants. Closing Day 1, the LUIGI project book will be presented by Lombardy Foundation for the Environment.
TUESDAY 14 JUNE 10.00 - 16.30 venue: Ticino Park, Riserva "La Fagiana"
The second day aims to deepen the methodologies and analysis that have led to the project results, proposing a day sorrounded by nature for those who will attend in presence. Participants will freely interact with the LUIGI Partners who will present and discuss their findings.
After lunch, based on local products from the project territories, participants will interact and exchange with the coordinators of the project pilot areas, while having a walk through the Ticino Park.
WEDNESDAY 15 JUNE 9.00 - 12.30 Venue: Metropolitan City of Milan - Palazzo Isimbardi
The third day will propose some reflections on the legacy of the project, evaluating some examples of good practices and projects implemented in Milan and what else can (and should) be done, taking the opportunity to discuss with a group of "innovative" entrepreneurs, winners of two international awards: "GI goes business award" and "Bavarian Orchard Award".
The entire Final Conference will also be available in streaming/video conference, except for the afternoon session on the second day.
During Day 1 and Day 3, translation from/to French, German and Italian will be provided. It will therefore be possible to select the preferred language both for those who will attend in presence and for those who will attend online.
